HYDRAULIC MODULES

LEMAT hydraulic modules are separated devices used in the cooling installations. Together with refrigerating units they create an integral component of cooling and air-conditioning systems. LEMAT hydraulic modules were built as a unit containing all the required elements (pump, buffer tank/heat exchanger, expansion vessel, safety valve, measurement-control unit), which allow connecting the cooling unit to the cooling network. Hydraulic modules can be installed in some distance from the refrigerating unit, which makes the construction more universal. LEMAT hydraulic modules can serve as a buffering-pumping station (hydraulic modules with buffer tanks) or an exchange-pumping station (hydraulic modules with heat exchangers).

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Carrying construction, outer casing

LEMAT hydraulic modules are devices fitted to work outside the buildings. The base of the module is a steel frame set on six adjustable brackets. The frame is protected against the environmental conditions by a paint coating made with ...paint. Outer casing is made of galvanised steel sheet, painted with powder paint. Servicing and controlling the module throughout the time of exploitation is performed through the revision flaps 900 mm wide and of height proper for every type of the module, placed on both sides of the device.

Additional equipment:

LEMAT hydraulic modules, which are to be working outside the buildings, are secured from freezing by a self-regulating heater cable type OPTIHEAT. It protects from freezing the circulating pump casing and the exchanger/buffer tank (depending on the type of the module). Self-controlling abilities of the heat cable guarantee proper level of protection and high durability of the unit.

Hydraulic modules with buffer tanks may in addition be equipped with the system of active electrochemical corrosion protection, which protects the whole cooling system connected to the module.
