LEMAT specializes in design and documentation studies concerning:

PROTECTION AGAINST CORROSION OF WATER INSTALLATIONS, including:

• Electrochemical systems protecting from corrosion brand new installations in an open or closed circuit,
• Electrochemical systems protecting from corrosion installations in a closed circuit, being in different stages of exploitation,
• Systems of cathodic protection of underground buildings.

OTHER ELEMENTS OF WATER INFRASTRUCTURE, including:

• Automatics and steering units for heating processes,
• Connections of the heating installations,
• Internal installations of cold and hot tap water and central heating.

For improvement and higher effectiveness of the heating processes, it is essential to create conceptual guidelines and technological and technical solutions at the stage of designing. That is why LEMAT has a designing unit with highly professional engineering staff.

The projects of heating units include a technological part of the unit, selection of automatics together with the electric element and all the required agreements. For their creation we use modern engineering programs to calculate the units parameters and to select the automatics.

If such are the needs and expectations of our Investors, we may carry out an in-depth analysis and propose the best possible solution for a heating units project suitable for the specific building. We provide professional conceptual and technical advisory, perform evaluations and technically-economic analysis, using the best engineering programs and analytic instruments. We also supervise the projects while their realization.

Long years of experience in designing as well as production, assembly and supervision of the heating units in different conditions allow us to give our opinion, verify and modify the existing projects and technical documentation of the heating units before their realization. In many cases we can propose a cheaper solution, which at the same time assures better heating conditions, which results in greater effectiveness of the investment.

LEMAT is also a precursor and up to date the only contractor in Poland of projects of electrochemical protection against corrosion of internal water installations. Under Polish conditions it is the most effective and efficient method of securing the water installations from corrosion. LEMAT has patented an original method of protecting and extending the vitality of installations being in a very advanced phase of exploitation.
